Attend a board Meeting
Everything said at Board Meetings becomes part of the public record. We know the meeting times can be difficult for young families—but that makes it even more important to show up. Public comment happens at the beginning, so please make the effort to be there and speak up for our school. We need to be heard.
Don’t worry about sounding polished—just be yourself. Your voice matters, your experiences matter, and no one else can speak to what you’re feeling. There are already plenty of professionals involved; what’s needed is your honest, authentic voice.
Upcoming meetings are scheduled for 4/15, 5/6, 5/20, and 6/17. Check the Board webpage for locations and agendas. Be prepared: public comment is typically two minutes, but it may be shortened to about 1–1½ minutes.
